Inspiration and Motivation!!

Collette Divitto, a 30-year-old woman with Down Syndrome, decided to open her own cookie company after many job rejections for not being a “good fit.”

Collette founded Collettey’s Cookies. She has sold over 180,000 cookies to date and now employs 13 people, several with disabilities.

“I was not only determined to show everyone how capable people with (dis)abilities are, but my mission is to open production facilities across the country and employ thousands of (dis)abled people!”
